2. Recommended for frozen blocks down to 15 F, 4” x 8” x 15”

Knife Set:

1. Fixed precutter relieves knife set of additional pressure from product pushed by feed auger

2. Eight-bladed double edged cut knife with backwards slanted blades for a positive cutting angle. Available with inserts or as a solid knife to cut both sides.

3. Holeplates available from 1/16” to 1” with tapered/conical holes and knife cleaner pins preventing clog up of bone chips and gristle at hub of knife.
