Weiler, Model 1167, heavy duty, stainless steel grinder rated from 500 to 18,000 lbs of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 22" long x 17" wide x 20" deep product hopper, 42" long x 7" OD grinding screw with 10" OD self sharping cut off blades and 11" 0D, 10" ID threaded product discharge port with reduction screen holder and 48" floor clearence. Start, stop, and e-stop push button controls, 40 Hp drive with GE 100 amp disconnect switch. Mounted on stainless steel (4) leg platform. Used for coarse grind as well as fresh and rendering processes for most meat, bones and fat.
